Refund & Returns Policy

At Bfitamazing, we want you to love every piece of activewear you receive. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant or any other scents
  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear or items worn next to the skin without a liner
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at support@bfitamazing.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bfitamazing.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
